Refurbishment of your own pump

1. Order Your Service

Choose the correct refurbishment or exchange option for your pump and confirm compatibility before ordering.

2. Send Us Your HPFP

Remove the pump from the vehicle, package it securely and send it to us with your order details.

3. We Refurbish Your Pump

Your HPFP is professionally stripped, inspected and refurbished using specialist repair methods and replacement components where required.

4. We Return It Ready to Install

Once completed, your pump is securely packaged and returned to you, ready for installation.

Ordering an Exchange Unit

Need a replacement pump without waiting for your existing HPFP to be refurbished? Our exchange service keeps the process simple.

1. Order Your Exchange Pump

Choose the correct N14 or N18 exchange unit and confirm compatibility before ordering. Exchange units are subject to stock availability.

2. We Send Your Replacement

We dispatch a professionally refurbished HPFP so you can replace your existing pump without waiting for it to be refurbished first.

3. Fit the Exchange Pump

Install the replacement HPFP in your vehicle and securely package your old pump for return.

4. Return Your Old HPFP

Send your original compatible pump back to us. Once it has been received and accepted as a suitable exchange core, your core deposit is refunded in accordance with our exchange terms.

Turnaround and warranty

We offer a 24 hour turnaround and a 6 month warranty. Contact us to confirm when the turnaround period begins, whether it applies to your order, and the warranty terms. Do not assume that the turnaround includes delivery time.
